Are your photographers on time?

We are approaching our 600th consecutive photo shoot that has started and ended on time. However, please realize when we conduct our photo shoots we stick to a schedule. If we are only 3 minutes late per team, after an hour we are already nearly 15 minutes behind and this causes a ripple effect through out the day. We ask all teams be told to arrive 10-15 minutes before their actual scheduled photo time so that the inevitable stragglers have the chance to be in the team photo. Each team/group is given a 15 or 20 minute window in which to arrive. At the end of that time window we photograph the group photo and begin the next group’s individuals to allow all their members to arrive. This process has proven to be the most fair and efficient for everyone involved. We take a great deal of pride in remaining on time and being respectful of everyone’s schedule.

How is ordering and payment handled?

All sports sessions involve order envelopes that each player fills out completely and inserts payment on photo day. Order envelopes vary from season to season as we add and modify our product line on a regular basis to make sure you have the most up-to-date products and designs for your sport or activity.

Why are envelopes required?

To keep our overhead and costs to a minimum and pass along those savings to you and your students/athletes or members, we generally utilize the prepaid order envelope system. All information for each photo a person wants is on a separate envelope and allows us to access this photo quickly and easily in the future, the envelopes are vital in this process.

Can your photographers make change?

In general, no. The many, many details they must pay attention to in the midst of a very hectic photo day require we do not add to that load by their making change. Additionally, the security risk of having them carry cash on them also precludes them from carrying change. If your session is of a large size or has a special condition that requires change to be made, we can discuss adding personnel for this purpose.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Are the photos high quality?

Absolutely! We review each and every image for focus, lighting, etc. before we send them to our lab, located here in teh Lehigh Valley. We are proud to utilize a professional lab based int eh Lehigh Valley employing Lehigh Valley residents. All images are created on professional quality paper and materials.

Can I get samples of your products?

We'd be happy to eprsionally deilver and present samp[els of our products to your board or organizqational meeting, just contact us and let us know when it woudl be convenient for you and we'll be there.

What if you don't offer a product our organization is looking for?

The number of photo products today is simply staggering, chances are we can provide you with any product you've seen anywhere on the market. Please give us a call and we'd be happy to set up a product list that's right for you organization

Can you add our logos to our products?

Yes we can. A digital copy of the logo will be all that' sneeded and we will design our products around your leagues colors and logos.

How do I schedule team photos?

Please just give us a call at 610-264-1331 or send us an email and someone will call you to confirm details about your event. We will have varying questions for you depending on the type and size of the event. This process allows us to provide you with the best possible images and service for your event.

What happens if there is foul weather?

We try to schedule as many of our large leagues and orgaizatiosn indoors so that this is seldom an issue but we do discuss with you long before your session date what you wish us to do and we schedule an alternate indoor location if possible. Also, as part of the details we discuss before your shoot, we have our photographers contact your photo coordinator at least 1 hour before the shoot and ask them to make the final decision as whether to continue to proceed with the session. What type of backdrops do you offer?

We have many backdrops from which to pick for individuals as well as teams and groups in addition to all of the options greenscreens offer. You can see samples of our backdrops and select yours on our website under portfolio.

How soon do we receive our photos?

The finished photos are shipped by UPS to your league photo coordinator with 12-15 business days of the final day of your photo session.
